Your Impact You’ll lead the charge in identifying and closing sales opportunities that integrate Weidmüller’s automation ecosystem into data center environments. From building strategic channel partnerships to influencing cross-functional teams and steering market intelligence into actionable strategies—this role is yours to shape.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business in data center applications and develop long-term channel strategies.

• Lead strategic planning informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

• Customize high-impact proposals and deliver value-driven solutions directly to end users.

• Represent Weidmüller at industry events and trade shows to elevate brand presence and generate new leads.

• Accurately forecast pipeline activity and guide performance with insightful reporting.

• Contribute to global initiatives through collaboration with internal leaders and regional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of business development experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

• Solid understanding of data center operations, industrial automation, and IIoT technologies.

• A well-established network within the data center industry and a reputation for forging strong, strategic relationships.

• Confidence in navigating complex technical conversations—engineering drawings, system specs, you name it.

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA is a plus.
